Generally we have an initial meeting face to face to discuss ideas and then chat via email as the project progresses. At each stage of the project (Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation and finally Maintenance), we check with you that we’ve got things right! We can advise on best practices and what works, but ultimately it’s your website!
